Glennda Grier is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in acute care and outpatient healthcare. For the last 5 years, she has focused on adult primary care, urgent care, and orthopedics.
Glennda Grier began her nursing journey in 1989 at Northeast Kansas Area Vocational Technical School, graduating as a licensed practical nurse in 1990. She then worked in long-term care until 1992 before transitioning to a rural hospital, where she specialized in the emergency department and labor and delivery. Between 1992 and 1994, Glennda focused on nursing prerequisites at Highland Community College and Peru State College. Subsequently, in 1994, she enrolled at Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1996. Glennda's career path encompassed various roles in medsurg, emergency room, labor and delivery, risk management, compliance, education, management, and chief nursing officer positions. Her educational journey continued in 2016 at Simmons University, where she completed her Master's degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019. Since obtaining her degree, Glennda has been actively involved in primary care, urgent care, occupational medicine, and orthopedics.
Glennda is happily married to Shawn, who serves as a manufacturing director at a local business in Sheridan, Wyoming. They live in Ranchester, Wyoming, and are blessed with eight children. During their free time, they cherish family moments by engaging in activities like hunting, fishing, and exploring the mountains together. Glennda also indulges in birding and amateur photography as her personal relaxation pursuits.
Harrison is a Certified Nursing Assistant, holding both CNA and CNA II credentials. He is currently attending Arizona State University, where he is working toward his Bachelor of Arts in History and continuing to advance his studies in the field.
Harrison Madsen is our warm and welcoming Office Medical Assistant, bringing a unique blend of clinical skill, intellectual curiosity, and genuine kindness to every patient encounter. With a special interest in psychiatric and geriatric care, as well as front-desk reception, he helps create a calm, reassuring experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
Harrison is a Certified Nursing Assistant and CNA II. He completed his CNA at the College of Eastern Idaho and his CNA II through Sheridan Memorial Hospital. He is attending Arizona State University, where he is currently working on a Bachelor of Arts in History, and he continues his education there as he advances his history studies. He has worked as a CNA for 6 years and has over 10 years of experience in healthcare. His path into medicine grew out of a simple but powerful desire: to help people reach their health goals and feel truly heard.
Patients and colleagues alike appreciate Harrison’s curiosity, friendliness, compassion, and empathy. He is trained and certified in PMDB, BLS, and CNA, and he is also an Eagle Scout—an achievement that reflects his commitment to service, integrity, and leadership. Harrison connects with patients by practicing active, empathetic listening, taking time to understand not only their symptoms, but their stories.
Outside of work, Harrison is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, and kayaking. He is also a blacksmithing apprentice and loves the craft of shaping metal by hand. When he’s not on the trail or at the forge, you might find him playing Dungeons & Dragons, reading, writing, or diving into anything related to history. He even enjoys voice acting and dreams of becoming a professor someday.

With over 27 years of experience in healthcare, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Having worked across various sectors of the healthcare industry, including dialysis, home health care, inpatient OB, and outpatient midwifery, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of patient care and the intricacies of healthcare compliance. As a certified compliance officer, Kelly has dedicated her career to ensuring that healthcare environments operate smoothly and in accordance with all necessary regulations.
Beyond her vast professional experience, Kelly is known for her unwavering commitment to our clinic's success. Her kind and compassionate nature shines through in everything she does. Whether it's tackling a large, complex project or pitching in with smaller, everyday tasks, Kelly is always ready to lend a helping hand. No matter what the job entails, if something needs attention, Kelly is there—often stepping in without hesitation, regardless of whether it fits within her official role.
Before relocating to Wyoming, Kelly maintained a longstanding Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Washington, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience in patient care. Additionally, she is a Certified Compliance Officer, underscoring her expertise in ensuring healthcare operations align with industry regulations. These certifications reflect Kelly's deep commitment to the healthcare profession and her comprehensive understanding of both clinical care and compliance practices.
Outside of her work life, Kelly is a vibrant and multifaceted individual. She enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors, cultivating plants and flowers that reflect her nurturing spirit. A firm believer in the importance of health and wellness, Kelly practices yoga and maintains a health-conscious lifestyle, all while being an incredibly loving and devoted mother. Family is at the core of her world, and she treasures spending quality time with loved ones. During the warmer months, you'll often find her hiking and exploring the mountains with her family, embracing nature's beauty while making lasting memories.

We encourage scheduling appointments whenever possible, but we are happy to accommodate walk-ins if slots are available. Please call in advance to check our schedule. To ensure a quality experience for our current members, we reserve time in our schedule for urgent needs. If our schedule permits, we are more than happy to see you, especially as our practice expands. Same-day appointments are likely available during this growth phase. At Tongue River Valley Walk-in Clinic, we do not accept insurance. Additionally, membership fees for Direct Primary Care (DPC) cannot be submitted to Medicare or Medicaid. We're committed to transparent and straightforward billing practices to ensure clarity for our patients. Please call with any questions or concerns.
Sure! Simply complete a one-time waiver stating that neither you nor your doctor will bill Medicare directly for our services. Medicare will continue to cover any prescribed laboratory tests, imaging, medications, or hospitalizations.
At Tongue River Valley Walk-in Clinic, we do not manage chronic controlled substance therapy, including narcotics, stimulants, benzodiazepines, hypnotics, etc., and we do not directly dispense these medications. However, we are happy to refer you to a specialist for your specific needs. Your health and well-being are our priority, and we'll ensure you receive the specialized care you require.
We are delighted to welcome the children of our enrolled clients to our clinic! We are happy to see children aged 6 and above for both primary care and urgent visits. For children younger than 6, we provide nonmember urgent care when needed. Although we currently do not offer routine vaccinations for young children, we would gladly assist you in arranging these services. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out!
We provide tetanus and influenza vaccines at our clinic. We support immunizations, but currently, the storage and administration process is costly for us. The local Health Department has streamlined this process, and we recommend patients visit them for routine vaccines.

The fee encompasses exceptional primary care during office visits without any copays. This includes services such as annual wellness exams, sports and school physicals, chronic care visits, follow-ups, basic procedures, and treatment for acute illnesses or minor injuries, all with minimal office wait times. Additionally, the fee covers direct communications with your medical provider via phone, text, video chat, or email.
